Deliveries are done from Monday to Saturday during Business hours.  We will contact you to arrange the delivery before the delivery is sent out.

Dispatching of deliveries will be done within 5 working days if the product is in stock.  Should the product not be available and needs to be specifically manufactured for you, please allow 10 to 15 working days for the delivery.

We provide delivery in Gauteng for a flat fee of R350 for purchases made online.  If you live outside Gauteng, please contact Bed & Couch at info@bedandcouchlifestyle.co.za  to check if we can deliver in your area as well as the amount that will be charged.

Collections

Should you not wish to make use of our delivery service, please contact us to arrange the collection of your purchase.

Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel an order, please send an email to the email address on the invoice you received or send an email to info@bedandcouchlifestyle.co.za.

Stock items can be returned within 7 days if they are in their original packaging and have not been used.  If the goods have been used, Bed & Couch is under no obligation to accept the stock back.  

A cancellation handling fee of 10% of the total sale will be withheld from the refund.  The refund excludes the delivery fee.

No cash refunds will be given.  The refund will be paid back into the bank account from which the payment was received from.
